January 2026: A Fresh Start for Songwriters

After an unexpected pause, we’re stepping into 2026 renewed, focused, and excited to reconnect. Getting the website back online marks more than a technical restart, it’s a reminder of why this creative community exists in the first place.

This year is about showing up for the craft and for each other.

We’re building a consistent rhythm of monthly events designed to help songwriters grow, connect, and stay inspired. We’re starting with our Harmony & Hashbrowns brunches, happening every second Thursday of the month. These gatherings blend great food, honest conversation, and practical songwriting insight in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

In addition, we’re developing rotating songwriter gatherings that alternate between Salt Lake City and Park City, creating space for collaboration across both communities. Wherever you’re coming from, there will be a seat at the table.

You’ll also see more activity across our social channels and special guest speakers joining us at select brunches, bringing fresh perspectives, encouragement, and real-world experience to the room. Plus you get to know your fellow creatives on a more personal level.

If songwriting has felt isolating, stuck, or inconsistent lately, this is your invitation to change that. Community fuels creativity, and 2026 is about sharpening our skills together while building something lasting.

Join us at the next Harmony & Hashbrowns brunch.
Check the events calendar, bring your curiosity, and be part of a creative year that moves you forward.

  • Reconnecting

No one really wants to dwell on the past, well almost no one. MūSE PC certainly took a bit of time away and now it’s time to wind back up and reconnect. Park City needs to flex it’s musically creative muscle with songwriting.

Let’s get it rolling again outside of the normal creative bubble that many songwriter’s fall into. Thus there’s a Mūse-icians Brunch coming up. Plus for early November there’s finally a songwriter’s share circle (going back to the Park City Library for the time being).

We’ll get those creative juices and networking vibes happening. Pen those melodies and see ya soon.

  • New Home

As last night, May 2nd around 6:45 p.m., MuSE PC has found a new home for the next year. Big thank you to the Park City City Council for approving our use of this space!

We’ll be holding our events at the old Switchback Sports location: 1685 Bonanza Drive, Park City, UT 80460.

Stay tuned as we’ll be looking for volunteers to help with setup and certain events. If you’re not on the mailing list, please get in touch with us to get on it until we get our sign up form created.

Thank you again to all the musicians for helping in this opportunity to create a community around music.
